National Accounts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Account Executives.

• Provide targeted assistance to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in managing national accounts.

• Help address customer inquiries and requests.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on activities related to national accounts.

• Generate precise quotes, review vendor proposals, and assist in negotiating discounts when relevant.

• Aid in order entry and ensure prompt, accurate processing in line with customer requirements and deadlines.

• Coordinate logistics for shipments, deliveries, and equipment installations.

• Serve as a liaison with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers.

• Utilize third-party facility management software to monitor and manage orders, shipments, and installations.

• Assist in resolving customer equipment issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.

• Provide timely and professional customer support.

• Maintain and analyze data related to quotes, orders, and installations.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for coordinators and management.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of military or practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant industry, with exposure to national accounts coordination or a similar role.

• Completion of the CFSP Test within the first 3 years of employment is required; CFSP Certification is preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, manage logistics, and effectively support national account activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the capability to learn and utilize database and quoting software.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check after accepting an offer.

• Knowledge of foodservice equipment, industry standards, and best practices.

• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with National Accounts Coordinators, Sales Representatives, and cross-functional teams.
