National Accounts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized assistance to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in overseeing national accounts.

• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on activities related to national accounts.

• Generate precise quotes, evaluate vendor quotes, and help in negotiating discounts when necessary.

• Support timely and accurate order entry while meeting customer specifications and deadlines.

• Organize logistics for shipments, deliveries, and equipment installations.

• Act as a liaison with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers.

• Utilize third-party facility management software to monitor and manage orders, shipments, and installations.

• Aid in resolving customer equipment issues and escalate complex problems as required.

• Provide prompt and professional support to customers.

• Maintain and analyze data related to quotes, orders, and installations.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare reports and updates for coordinators and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of military and practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant industry, with a background in national accounts coordination or a similar role.

• Completion of the CFSP Test within the first three years of employment; CFSP Certification is preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, manage logistics, and effectively support national account activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Capability to learn and utilize database and quoting software.

• Must successfully pass a background check after accepting the job offer.

• Understanding of foodservice equipment, industry standards, and best practices.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration.
