National Accounts Manager – Foodservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with Food Service US accounts.

• Ensure sustained profitable growth through collaborative client partnerships, strategic sales planning, and the execution of sales strategies.

• Implement the Foodservice growth strategy to enhance key markets and expand the existing customer base.

• Develop and maintain relationships with current food service customers.

• Analyze both internal and external sales data to inform strategic business development decisions.

• Work alongside marketing on corporate identity and brand strategy, new product introductions, promotional initiatives, and advertising efforts.

• Provide regular monthly reporting and reviews of customer bookings, forecasting, and sales alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in negotiations, achieving sales targets, relationship building, addressing customer needs, process management, engagement, and customer training.

• Experience engaging with Corporate Broadline Foodservice.

• Proven track record in managing and executing category RFI and RFPs.

• Solid knowledge and experience in the foodservice industry, particularly in Frozen and/or Canned Vegetable segments.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in foodservice major account management.

• Prior experience with private label products in the frozen or canned vegetable sector is advantageous.

• Position is home-based with an expected 20% travel within the US.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
