This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Travel to project sites to assist with installation activities, head-end terminations, system startup, and commissioning efforts.
• Aid in validating system functionality and ensuring that installations adhere to project specifications and meet customer requirements.
• Keep precise system documentation, test results, and project records.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Advanced Integration teams to facilitate system deployment and commissioning activities.
• Evaluate site conditions, installation quality, project risks, and overall readiness.
• Oversee installation progress and ensure compliance with project standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency of execution across various sites.
• Relay field observations and emerging risks to project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to technicians, subcontractors, and trade partners during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, project specifications, and installation requirements.
• Assist Site Leads and subcontractors with field coordination and project delivery tasks.
• Work in conjunction with Project Managers regarding field conditions that impact scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, and trade partners on site access, logistics, and work planning.
• Manage multiple active projects concurrently while ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
• Facilitate coordination between field teams, commissioning resources, and project stakeholders.
• Confirm that systems, documentation, and site conditions are ready for commissioning and customer turnover.
• Aid in project closeout activities and the final acceptance processes.
• Monitor recurring field observations and propose process improvements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across different projects.
• Report to the Account Project Manager and collaborate with Site Leads, Construction Managers, commissioning and integration leads, Advanced Integration, Engineering, Sales, customers, and general contractors.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in physical and electronic security systems.
• Required working knowledge of enterprise access control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mercury-based access control platforms is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of electronic security system components and installation practices.
• Strong capability to support field execution and project delivery across multiple sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with turnstile systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States up to 75% of the time.
• Background in electronic security, field operations, construction management, or technical project execution.
• Experience in managing or supporting multiple job sites at the same time.
• Experience in leading commissioning, startup, and system acceptance activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other related business applications.
