This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversees all operations related to incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures governing the information flow for designated clients.
• Sets and implements performance and service benchmarks.
• Guarantees that productivity aligns with or surpasses service and quality expectations.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships within the industry.
• Provides coaching and guidance to Client Service Administrators.
• Communicates about assigned accounts to field teams and subcontractors.
• Manages the communication of requested process enhancements from assigned clients.
• Elevates customer issues to the appropriate level within the organization as necessary.
• Addresses and resolves client pain points.
• Actively seeks out potential failures and rectifies them before clients are aware.
• Develops expertise in assigned industry sectors.
• Collaborates with internal teams, service branches, and technical and operations managers to resolve complex administrative and service challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree is preferred, although equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• 3-5 years of experience in client management.
• Familiarity with sales and billing processes is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency when addressing client and partner issues.
• Possesses strategic and innovative thinking abilities.
• Experience in project management, peer leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new software programs related to the business unit as needed.
