National Accounts, Client Services Operations Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer inquiries

• Create and enforce policies and procedures for managing client information flow

• Set and implement performance and service benchmarks

• Ensure productivity aligns with or surpasses service and quality expectations

• Develop and sustain industry relationships

• Offer coaching and guidance to Client Service Administrators

• Communicate account details with field teams and subcontractors

• Manage communication regarding requested process enhancements from assigned clients

• Elevate customer concerns to the appropriate internal level

• Address and resolve customer challenges

• Actively identify and rectify existing or potential issues

• Cultivate expertise in designated industry verticals

• Collaborate with various internal departments, service branches, and technical and operations managers to resolve intricate administrative and service challenges

• Be prepared to work over 40 hours per week when necessary, including weekends


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• College degree is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be accepted

• 3–5 years of experience in client management

• Background in sales and billing is advantageous

• Experience in project management, peer leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Detail-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn new business unit software programs as necessary

• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency in addressing client and partner issues

• Possess strategic and innovative thinking abilities
