Client Service Representative – Signature Closers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive title, closing, settlement, and appraisal services for mortgage lenders nationwide.

• Evaluate and appraise properties in accordance with USPAP standards and federal and state appraisal regulations.

• Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries to support real estate transactions.

• Supervise employees directly involved in client management activities.

• Develop and execute strategies aimed at fostering and sustaining client relationships.

• Formulate departmental policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with associated teams to comprehend how assigned tasks align with team functions.

• Convey moderately complex information in routine scenarios.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.

• Familiarity with the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and federal and state appraisal laws.

• Capability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ability to manage workload with general supervision.

• Skill in identifying and resolving typical issues using established options.
