Client Services Consultant, Mainframe DevOps Tech Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide advice, implementation, and optimization of Broadcom mainframe-related software solutions for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with Broadcom Account Directors, Solution Architects, and partners to validate solutions and design customer frameworks.

• Foster relationships across customer IT departments and analyze infrastructure and technical challenges.

• Offer technical guidance during customer decision-making and brainstorming sessions.

• Lead and conduct product integration demonstrations, tailored trials, and proofs of concept.

• Showcase Broadcom's technical advantages and competitive differentiators.

• Develop technical specifications, system integration instructions, and requirements documentation.

• Maintain a thorough expertise in Broadcom Mainframe Software products.

• Assess environmental requirements and implement comprehensive Life Cycle Management solutions.

• Review and enhance Endevor solution plans, upgrades, design modifications, and migration strategies.

• Execute hardware and software comparative analyses.

• Supervise the installation, configuration, and structural optimization of solutions.

• Deliver senior-level post-implementation support and address complex system issues.

• Counsel clients on Mainframe DevOps frameworks and emerging trends in Life Cycle Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.

• Over 8 years of experience in Mainframe DevOps and Endevor (or similar solutions).

• In-depth knowledge of Endevor and/or competitor solutions, including ACM, PDM, Security interface, and Quick Edit.

• Capability to implement or upgrade Endevor, develop processors, establish inventory structures, and configure life cycle components.

• Proficient in REXX and experienced in scripting or coding for quick implementations.

• Solid understanding of Endevor processors and ability to utilize templates for program compiles and mainframe utilities such as JCL.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Skill in converting complex client requests into organized business needs and execution goals.

• Competence in providing professional written project updates.

• Strong technical communication abilities for knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Experience in aligning execution with project management communication frameworks.
