This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with leading national laboratory accounts.
• Safeguard and expand the business of immunoassay and protein diagnostic products.
• Drive and implement strategies for commercial growth and actionable plans.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain current business while identifying avenues to enhance revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and strengthen collaborations between organizations.
• Work alongside legal and sales management on contract launches and compliance matters.
• Uphold contracted agreements with designated national accounts.
• Lead regular meetings with customers and conduct business reviews.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and pinpointing partnership opportunities.
• Comprehend customer challenges, needs, and operational processes.
• Relay customer insights and market intelligence to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize resources and promote clinical adoption.
• Travel as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (preferably in business or a scientific field).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial diagnostic sales experience with a proven track record is essential.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in capital diagnostic or medical device sales is preferred.
• A successful history of 1-3 years as a Regional Account Manager or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with complex sales environments, large account management, and/or C-suite sales is desirable.
• Strong critical thinking and planning capabilities.
• Excellent business and financial literacy.
• A results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and persuade across all organizational levels.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience with consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic account plans.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities.
• Experience in coordinating teams to provide customer solutions.
• Capability to stand and/or walk for up to 5 hours daily and sit for up to 8 hours daily.
