NAP Optimization, Consistency Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Identify, audit, and oversee online listings and business profiles for designated clients

• Analyze citation data, assess NAP consistency scores, and monitor improvements

• Rectify NAP inconsistencies across various third-party platforms

• Engage with directory administrators and partners via email and phone

• Request, follow up on, and confirm approved updates to listings

• Collaborate with the Client Servicing Team to secure verification PINs, access codes, and client documentation

• Keep abreast of NAP consistency standards, local SEO best practices, and search engine guidelines

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive NAP reports

• Address client inquiries and contribute to strategies that enhance online data accuracy

• Participate in client calls and Zoom meetings as needed to discuss findings, progress, and next steps

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong research and analytical abilities

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer usage

• Familiarity with online marketing principles and digital communication tools such as Zoom and Skype

• Proven experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets

• Solid understanding of online marketing principles, particularly regarding NAP consistency and local search visibility

• Experience utilizing ticketing or task management systems

• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday

• Minimum of 3 hours worked between 6:30 PM and 1:30 AM Sri Lankan Time

• Must establish and consistently adhere to a work schedule

• Weekend work is not allowed

• A quiet, distraction-free home working environment is required

• A dedicated desktop or laptop is necessary; tablets and mobile phones are not permitted

• A headset with a microphone is required

• A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting Zoom meetings is essential

• The device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, antivirus software, and a mail client installed

• Additional software installation may be required

• Cannot be employed by another company while working at Bizycorp
