This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Promote the comprehensive Salesforce 360 platform to both current clients and prospective leads.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives in the C-suite.
• Generate opportunities through warm leads as well as whitespace prospecting.
• Foster stakeholder connections and enhance customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Support the development of long-term account strategies that align with customer business goals.
• Facilitate coordination of product support, customer success, sales engineering, and other internal resources.
• Aid in account planning while collaborating with additional sales resources.
• Establish and execute territory and account sales plans.
• Achieve and surpass quotas by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and finalizing opportunities.
• Build and oversee the sales pipeline effectively.
• Identify prospects, evaluate sales opportunities, and manage multiple transactions through the pipeline concurrently.
• Over 10 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management.
• Ideally, experience concentrated on large enterprise U.S. Federal Civilian accounts.
• Capability to operate effectively within a matrixed team environment.
• Strong focus on execution and a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated business curiosity and technical proficiency to tackle customer data challenges.
• A solution-selling mindset, encompassing solution development, value articulation, and navigation of customer complexities.
• Background in software sales or technical sales experience, such as SaaS.
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Salesforce may utilize AI tools to evaluate resumes and qualifications.
