This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Oversee a designated sales territory while driving the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Deliver product education, enhance product adoption, and expand market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets based on territory quotas.
• Efficiently manage time throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Utilize the CVI sales platform to identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with about 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours.
• Employ Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other relevant sales tools.
• Create and implement call-cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business within the assigned geographic territory.
• Keep technical expertise up-to-date with CVI and competitive products.
• Track industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Clearly articulate CVI’s product suite, educate customers, and provide recommendations.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Develop customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring ROI.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively.
• Analyze product, account sales, and territory growth reports within the CRM system.
• Participate in state and regional optical events when requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer locations.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capacity to anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer requirements.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and various daily situations, individuals, and groups.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skill in identifying, evaluating, and assimilating information to make informed decisions.
• Capability to present to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when handling, installing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational credentials, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record as mandated by the company.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
• Potential for cost of living adjustments.
