This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage mid-market transactions from the initial meeting to contract signing, ensuring alignment among clinical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Identify the most suitable Osmind offering for a practice early in discussions.
• Develop financial and ROI analyses, including conversations surrounding accounts receivable, denial rates, and net collection percentages.
• Replace existing providers based on actual performance metrics rather than feature comparisons.
• Rigorously qualify opportunities and confirm practice information.
• Collaborate with Founding BDRs by offering constructive feedback and leading by example.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasting and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Contribute to enhancements in segment measurement.
• Act as a representative for Osmind at industry conferences and events, requiring quarterly travel.
• Utilize Gong, Claude, and various AI tools to boost sales effectiveness and minimize manual administrative tasks.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience closing deals from start to finish at six-figure contract values.
• Proven experience working with multi-stakeholder purchasing committees.
• At least 5 years of overall closing experience.
• Background in selling to independent medical practices.
• Proficient in discussing practice P&L, accounts receivable, denial rates, and net collection percentages.
• Experience in selling services, or a combination of services and software.
• Strong qualification discipline.
• An AI-focused mindset and insight into how AI can enhance the sales process.
• Experience in startups ranging from Series A to C.
• Familiarity with interventional psychiatry treatments, including REMS requirements (preferred).
• Understanding or experience with prior authorization, benefits verification, or payer contracting (preferred).
• Background in selling EHR, RCM, or practice management software (preferred).
