This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Individually support students and trainees from grades 5 to 13 with their learning materials.

• Respond to homework queries via text chat.

• Explain complex topics through chat or online video.

• Accompany students on their learning journey.

• Enhance your own subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills through tutoring.

• Utilize modern teaching formats and contribute to the continuous development of the product.

• Enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding students through text chat and video.

• Excellent proficiency in English/German or French, or in Economics.

• Must have completed at least the Abitur.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

• Capable of conveying learning content effectively and creatively.

• Eager to use modern teaching formats and help shape the tutoring of the future.

• Willingness to support the ongoing development of the product.

• A degree in education or additional training in pedagogical or didactic work is advantageous but not required.

• No prior work experience necessary.
