This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows in n8n for business process automation.

• Implement integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, and other enterprise services.

• Build integration flows with databases, internal systems, and cloud platforms.

• Develop custom functions and data transformations when necessary.

• Implement error handling mechanisms, retries, monitoring, and traceability of workflows.

• Document the integrations and automations created.

• Participate in technical reviews, estimations, and solution definitions.

• Assist in incident resolution and the optimization of existing workflows.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, quality, and best development practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in automation and integration development.

• Experience in implementing integration solutions across multiple platforms.

• Experience in developing enterprise integration and automation processes.

• Practical knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA) and microservices.

• Advanced knowledge of n8n.

• Integration and development of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Proficient in Webhooks.

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB databases.

• Experience in consuming and managing cloud services in AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with API Gateway (AWS).

• Familiarity with API Management (Azure).

• Proficient in Git and version control tools.

• Experience with Postman for testing and automation.

• Implementation of monitoring, traceability, and error handling mechanisms.

• Knowledge of software development processes (SDLC).

• Desirable: knowledge of Docker and application deployment.

• Desirable: experience with iPaaS or automation tools like Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar.

• Desirable: knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Desirable: knowledge of BPM platforms like Appian.
