This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the technical coordination of projects and services within the Musculoskeletal Business Unit.
• Act as the technical authority in the fields of physical therapy, ergonomics, and occupational health.
• Assist in the execution, monitoring, and advancement of projects at client locations.
• Establish, track, and manage indicators related to clinical, operational, and client experiences.
• Evaluate outcomes and suggest action plans to enhance quality and results.
• Lead and support initiatives in ergonomics, AET (Work Ergonomic Analysis), prevention, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Mentor and oversee professionals involved in project execution.
• Facilitate client meetings to present findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Recognize risks, opportunities for improvement, and potential areas for service expansion.
• Assist the Commercial team in drafting proposals, diagnostics, and technical solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions and unique offerings for the Unit.
• Collaborate with other Business Units within Vital Work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active professional registration with CREFITO (Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy).
• Professional background in Ergonomics, Occupational Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, or Corporate Health.
• Experience in serving corporate clients.
• Proven experience in coordinating or leading teams, projects, or services.
• Familiarity with musculoskeletal prevention and rehabilitation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and visit clients as necessary.
• Expertise in Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET) / Work Ergonomic Analysis.
• Understanding of NR-17 (ergonomics regulation).
• Knowledge of NR-01 and occupational risk management.
• Capability to monitor and interpret various indicators.
• Experience with health metrics, absenteeism, medical leave, and/or claim/incidence rates.
• Postgraduate degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Health Management, or related disciplines (preferred).
• Background in industrial, logistics, or large-scale operations (preferred).
• Experience in managing medical leave and return-to-work processes (preferred).
• Experience in corporate health and consultancy (preferred).
• Proven track record in developing client solutions (preferred).
