Municipal Principal Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and activities for gathering requirements.

• Evaluate municipal business processes and suggest enhancements and automation possibilities.

• Convert business requirements into solution designs and system configurations.

• Configure and provide support for solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Assist with data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Collaborate with Product, Technical, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

• Investigate and resolve intricate functional challenges.

• Establish trusted relationships with municipal customers and stakeholders.

• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and ongoing product enhancements.

• Work with municipalities throughout Canada to modernize business processes and implement Salesforce-based solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.

• Strong comprehension of municipal operations.

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.

• Excellent consulting abilities.

• Knowledge of the municipal sector.

• Customer-service oriented mindset.

• Preference for experience in municipal finance, property taxation, assessment, utility billing, revenue, or receivables.

• Preference for experience in customer service, municipal administration, land and property management, or cash receipting.

• Preference for experience with financial systems, ERP or municipal software, process improvement, or data management.

• Salesforce experience in consulting, implementation, or solution design roles is highly desirable.

• Applicants must reside within Canada.

• Willingness to travel up to 30 percent.
