Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the onboarding process, data migration, implementation, and training.

• Oversee complete implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts.

• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.

• Collaborate with firm administrators and key users to align priorities and responsibilities.

• Facilitate kickoff, configuration, and training sessions utilizing established frameworks and playbooks.

• Advise clients on Karbon workflow setup and best practices for daily usage.

• Assist with change management, customer adoption, and addressing any questions or resistance.

• Aid in importing contacts and work items using Excel and other applicable tools.

• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate any delays or adoption issues.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

• Help clients achieve early successes and measurable value.

• Leverage ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations for planning, communication, and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations.

• Proficiency in managing end-to-end technical implementations.

• Capability to handle multiple customer projects at once.

• Confidence in leading meetings and training sessions with administrators and end users.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Skill in translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

• Experience with data and systems during migrations and configuration.

• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

• Comfort working remotely and managing time independently.

• Experience in the accounting or tax industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with workflow, accounting, or project management software is advantageous.

• Background in software onboarding or enterprise implementations is a bonus.

• Knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS setting is beneficial.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Karbon is a bonus.
