Municipal Asset Management Systems Consultant – Cityworks, Maximo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements and outline workflows for public works, highways, parks, facilities, and permitting.

• Configure or provide guidance on EAM platforms like Cityworks, Maximo, or similar systems integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Strategize data migration, conduct asset inventories, develop condition programs, and establish preventive maintenance programs.

• Create processes for work orders, inspections, service requests, and inventory management, including mobile field applications.

• Assist with testing, training, go-live activities, and change management for municipal personnel.

• Contribute qualifications and narrative of past performance to AlphaGov proposals when authorized to be named.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in implementing or supporting asset management/work order systems for municipalities, counties, or utilities.

• Practical experience with Cityworks, IBM Maximo, or a similar GIS-focused EAM platform.

• Proficient understanding of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise integration.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• Experience with permitting/licensing modules (preferred).

• Knowledge of highway or transportation asset management, including pavements, bridges, or signage (preferred).

• PMP or vendor certification (preferred).
