Multimedia Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create branding and creative materials for radio stations, events, and campaigns.

• Design logos, advertisements, print materials, vehicle graphics, web graphics, and digital advertisements.

• Develop cohesive visual campaigns across print, websites, applications, and social media platforms.

• Generate tailored sales proposals, presentations, and marketing packages.

• Convert designs into fully editable PowerPoint presentations for sales teams.

• Produce digital advertisements and other creative products for client brands.

• Design, update, and manage visual content for WordPress websites.

• Collaborate with Corporate Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams on campaigns and events.

• Engage in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous design projects while adhering to deadlines and upholding quality standards.

• Assist with video editing and multimedia projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in Graphic/Multimedia Design with a robust portfolio exhibiting branding, digital advertising, social media, and marketing materials.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Practical experience with WordPress for creating and editing website content.

• Proficient with PowerPoint for developing fully editable presentations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to adapt a single design concept across print, digital, social, and web formats.

• Video editing abilities are a notable advantage but not mandatory.

• Highly creative with meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple competing priorities.

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to follow direction across different departments.

• Computer equipped with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40MBPS.

• Headset with a noise-canceling microphone and webcam.

• Access to a backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• Reliable internet connectivity.

• Must have personal computer with Intel Core i5 or equivalent or superior specifications.

• Availability of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time.
