Multimedia Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create branding and creative assets for radio stations, events, and promotional campaigns

• Design logos, advertisements, print materials, vehicle graphics, web visuals, and digital advertisements

• Develop cohesive visual campaigns that span print, websites, applications, and social media platforms

• Produce tailored sales proposals, presentations, and marketing packages

• Convert designs into fully editable PowerPoint presentations for the sales team

• Create digital advertisements and other creative products for client brands

• Design, refresh, and manage visual content for WordPress websites

• Collaborate with Corporate Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams on campaigns and events

• Engage in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions

• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality

• Assist with video editing and multimedia projects as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in Graphic/Multimedia Design, with a robust portfolio that highlights branding, digital advertising, social media, and marketing materials

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Practical experience with WordPress for creating and editing website content

• Proficiency in using PowerPoint to create fully editable presentations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to adapt a single design concept across print, digital, social, and web formats

• Video editing capabilities are a significant advantage, but not mandatory

• Highly imaginative with an exceptional attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

• Computer must have at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better

• Internet connection should be at least 40MBPS

• Headset with noise-cancelling microphone and webcam required

• Access to a backup computer and internet connection is essential

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home is necessary

• Reliable internet connection is required

• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time
