Multi-Solutions Architect – AEP, CDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and execute enterprise-level digital marketing solutions utilizing various Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• Assess current digital ecosystems and propose enhancements related to personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation.

• Design solution architectures, produce technical documentation, establish governance frameworks, and outline multi-year digital strategies.

• Oversee solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines, and technical pre-sales engagements.

• Create proofs of concept, integrations, and production-ready solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Utilize Claude Code, Cursor, V0, and Vercel to expedite development and create AI agents, workflows, and automation.

• Promote engineering excellence, testing methodologies, performance benchmarks, and AI-native development practices.

• Work in partnership with clients, executive stakeholders, sales teams, and global engineering groups.

• Provide mentorship to engineers while contributing to technical thought leadership, best practices, and ongoing innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, particularly in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• At least 4 years of experience designing complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.

• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications is required.

• Strong practical development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions.

• Experience in solution architecture, system design, pre-sales activities, project estimation, and managing executive stakeholders.

• Essential experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe.

• Proven track record of leading global delivery programs and collaborating with distributed teams.

• Required expertise in AI engineering, including hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or similar tools.

• Experience in developing AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation solutions.

• Strong commercial awareness, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting AI-native development practices.
