Multi-Solutions Architect – AEP, CDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute enterprise-level digital marketing solutions utilizing various Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• Assess current digital ecosystems and propose enhancements focused on personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation.

• Formulate solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and long-term digital strategies.

• Oversee solution estimation, scoping, resource allocation, timelines, and pre-sales technical discussions.

• Produce proofs of concept, integrations, and production-level solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, V0, Vercel, and others to speed up development and create AI agents, workflows, and automation.

• Foster engineering excellence through testing strategies, performance benchmarks, and AI-native development methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with clients, executive stakeholders, sales teams, and global engineering teams.

• Mentor engineers while contributing to technical thought leadership, best practices, and ongoing innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• At least 4 years of experience in architecting intricate, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.

• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications.

• Proficient development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions.

• Experience in solution architecture, system design, pre-sales activities, project estimation, and executive stakeholder engagement.

• Required experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe.

• Experience in leading global delivery initiatives and working with distributed teams.

• Required expertise in AI engineering, including hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or similar tools.

• Proven experience in constructing AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation solutions.

• Strong commercial awareness, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting AI-native development practices.

• Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
