This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of 2D motion graphics and animated elements.

• Assist in the creation of storyboards and transform creative briefs into animated visuals.

• Implement revisions based on input from animators and graphic designers.

• Edit video content ranging from short-form to mid-length.

• Compile rough cuts and enhance pacing, transitions, and audio quality.

• Incorporate graphics, captions, and visual enhancements as required.

• Prepare final exports tailored for various platforms.

• Help draft and refine video scripts into well-structured narrative outlines.

• Ensure that messaging is consistent with brand tone and campaign objectives.

• Work collaboratively with creative team members to produce high-quality motion content, while upholding brand consistency and storytelling standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design or animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong grasp of motion design principles and timing.

• Solid foundation in video editing techniques (including pacing, rhythm, and storytelling).

• Capability to adhere to creative direction and brand standards.

• Proven experience utilizing Claude or similar large language model tools is necessary; candidates should be adept at using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.

• Strong written English skills for scripting and captioning.

• Basic sound design and audio cleanup skills (using tools such as Audition or Adobe Podcast Enhance) are preferred.

• Familiarity with collaborative platforms (like Slack and Jira) is preferred.
