MuleSoft Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead integration projects for MuleSoft and API Management as the principal technical authority.

• Design and construct comprehensive MuleSoft integration architectures, including architecture diagrams, API layers, API specifications, and integration design patterns for MuleSoft/Salesforce.

• Architect, implement, and provide support for integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems.

• Employ RESTful architecture principles and oversee all stages of the API lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, and governance.

• Create APIs and integration flows utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and relevant programming languages.

• Design, develop, and enhance integrations across MuleSoft On-Premise, CloudHub, Cloud/SaaS applications, packaged applications, SDKs, APIs, and legacy systems.

• Leverage certified MuleSoft expertise in integration architecture and implementation tasks.

• Utilize ODBC, JDBC, third-party Anypoint connectors, messaging infrastructures, and message-queuing design patterns to achieve scalable integrations.

• Provide technical guidance to globally distributed teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 MuleSoft certifications is required.

• Over 5 years of experience as a technical lead for MuleSoft and API management integration projects.

• Proven experience integrating with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with involvement in at least 2 enterprise-level implementation projects.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft On-Premise and Cloud solutions, messaging infrastructure, queueing design patterns, and integrations involving Cloud/SaaS applications, packaged applications, APIs, SDKs, and legacy systems.

• Experience in developing integration flows within MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.

• Proven experience in deploying and managing Mule applications on CloudHub.

• Proficient in securing APIs utilizing MuleSoft platform capabilities.

• Skilled in one or more programming languages for API development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all API lifecycle stages.

• In-depth understanding of RESTful architecture and its practical implementation.

• Capability to design and construct MuleSoft architecture diagrams that detail API layers and specifications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior team members.
