MSP Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assess potential Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure compliance with all vetting standards and requirements for the designated onboarding platform.

• Market services and products to prospective MSPs via warm leads and cold calling initiatives.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new MSPs and accurately enter their details into all relevant software applications.

• Address incoming calls from new MSPs and fulfill their inquiries.

• Adhere to established protocols regarding breaks, lunches, and clocking in and out.

• Maintain essential phone key performance indicators (KPIs), which include Average Call Wait (ACW), hold durations, and project-related metrics.

• Respond swiftly in Slack Chat while being accessible in all designated MSP Recruitment Team channels.

• Collaborate with all departments within PMG.

• Represent PMG in a positive light and uphold a constructive attitude.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Business Development.

• At least 6 months experience in lead generation.

• 6 months of experience in cold calling is considered a plus.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in negotiating rates or pricing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Slack Chat).

• Excellent professional phone communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Attention to detail.

• Effective critical problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and respond quickly to shifting priorities.

• Skills to overcome objections.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Experience collaborating with global and/or US-based business teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A quiet workspace is required.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
