MSC Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Address employee inquiries through phone, email, and case management systems.

• Provide professional, responsive, empathetic, and precise customer service.

• Manage multiple systems and priorities to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

• Utilize job aids, policies, procedures, and reference materials to answer queries and offer guidance.

• Record employee interactions and case details in the case management system.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with employees, managers, customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Execute routine transactional and operational HR tasks in support of HR shared services.

• Elevate complex issues and work alongside internal partners to find resolutions.

• Assist in various departmental projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST), Monday through Friday.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.

• Knowledge of Workday is preferred.

• Experience with Kronos/Dimensions is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills are preferred.

• Understanding of HR and Benefits is advantageous.

• Flexibility in scheduling may be required during operational hours from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

• Must handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality in accordance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the employer employs E-Verify.
