📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of tailored solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales modules.

• Oversee the coding, unit testing, and debugging processes for applications.

• Manage development initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to quality standards.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for discussions related to Dynamics 365.

• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical competencies.

• Analyze and address technical issues as they arise.

• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 4–5 years of experience in a similar position.

• At least 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

• Demonstrated success in leading development teams and managing intricate projects.

• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages.

• Strong comprehension of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus but not required.
