MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance Architect – AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design and implement D365 F&SCM solutions that incorporate AI, automation, and predictive features.

• Provide guidance to CFOs and senior executives on ERP strategies powered by AI.

• Offer thought leadership in the areas of AI, analytics, and automation.

• Convert business needs into scalable D365 F&SCM architectural designs.

• Integrate services from Power Platform and Azure AI.

• Lead cross-functional teams in finance transformation projects.

• Promote innovation, user empowerment, and the adoption of AI-enhanced tools.

• Manage comprehensive implementations from start to finish.

• Ensure alignment with strategic goals, validate designs, oversee deployment, and optimize post-launch performance.

• Engage in sales activities through leadership in discovery sessions, software demonstrations, project planning, proposals, and client presentations.

• Deliver project and engagement management, contribute to practice development, mentor team members, and provide administrative support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in ERP or financial systems.

• More than 5 years of experience in designing D365 F&SCM solutions.

• At least 4 full life cycle implementations in the role of finance architect.

• Proficient in system configurations.

• Strong understanding of essential finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, consolidations, and treasury operations.

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards.

• In-depth knowledge of D365 F&SCM.

• Experience with Power Platform and Azure AI service integration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation solutions.

• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and facilitate strategic conversations.

• Capability to align technological solutions with business goals.

• Experience in leading discovery sessions, configuring software for demonstrations, developing project plans and proposals, and delivering client presentations.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-700 are highly preferred; AB-100 is a plus.
