Moving Operations Specialist, Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation.

• Serve as the primary liaison for the agent network and third-party services.

• Ensure adherence to system compliance.

• Provide recommendations for allocations to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

• Handle escalations effectively.

• Conduct system audits to verify compliance within the agent network.

• Oversee cost management and the approval process for exceptions and third-party expenses.

• Function as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network throughout the relocation process.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Partner with IT on system improvements.

• Maintain documentation of all interactions with agents and Relo.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree or business diploma is required (or equivalent experience).

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Background in Domestic Household Goods is preferred.

• Self-motivated individual.
