Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create digital creatives for advertising, including both video and static assets, for platforms such as Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

• Conduct research and analyze competitor creatives, industry trends, and best practices.

• Enhance creative production using AI while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Continuously refine processes and broaden the team’s creative resources.

• Advance in design and marketing creativity through practical experience.

• Proactively propose new formats, concepts, and visual solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital design, ideally in a performance or marketing team.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred), and AI tools.

• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to analyze market trends and competitors, adapting creatives accordingly.

• Experience in creating social media content.

• Familiarity with Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads guidelines.

• Practical experience with AI tools and technologies such as Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Claude, and other generative technologies.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for understanding briefs, terminology, and communication.

• Flexibility, a results-oriented mindset, and a desire for excellence.

• Experience in developing high-performance ad creatives that have successfully scaled campaigns is a plus.

• Ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to new formats is an advantage.

• Experience with UGC/influencer formats or generative content is a plus.
