Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Create animated product interfaces and UI designs for feature walkthroughs and promotional materials.

• Develop brand reveal videos and explainer videos from initial storyboard to final output.

• Design animated assets for Afternow’s website, social media platforms, and case studies.

• Provide motion assets for client projects and enhance established brand systems.

• Work closely with designers, strategists, and project leads.

• Revise work according to feedback from the team and clients.

• Handle multiple projects, communicate progress effectively, and ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in motion design.

• Background in agency work, technology companies, or freelance projects.

• Demonstrated ability to animate product visuals and digital interfaces.

• Experience in producing brand reveal videos and explainer videos.

• A strong portfolio that showcases both technical skill and narrative ability.

• Ability to create clean and thoughtful motion that clarifies product interfaces.

• Capacity to transform a brief or storyboard into a completed video.

• Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and typography in motion design.

• Proven track record of delivering polished work across various formats and platforms.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and adept with Figma files.

• Comfortable using Illustrator and Premiere Pro or comparable editing tools.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong collaboration skills with designers, team members, and clients.
