Mortgage Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Monitor and document Lead Notes received from Loan Officers (LO).

• Oversee incoming “App Submitted” emails and establish Encompass files based on LO Lead Notes.

• Perform a review of File Set-up upon receipt of applications and documents, including ordering credit, organizing files in Encompass, and rectifying any evident application errors.

• Assess income for Wage Earners and self-employed borrowers.

• Execute DU/LP runs and arrange appraisals when necessary, in the absence of PIW/ACE.

• Provide clients with needs lists following the initial file review and after the Preapproval team assessment.

• Acquire correct Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOEs), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents upon request.

• Verify that EOI and other documentation are accurate at funding to prevent delays.

• Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all files, outstanding items, and statuses to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Review incoming files, complete order-outs, and assist team members as needed.

• Experience in the mortgage industry is essential.

• Must have a background in order outs and communication with third parties.

• Proficient in the use of office applications.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Familiarity with Encompass software is advantageous.

• Experience in finance and accounting is a plus.
