This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee the process of purchase mortgage loans from application to closing while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Transform company-generated purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive borrower consultations and follow-ups.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, Zillow Preferred Agents, and relevant local partners.

• Manage an active loan pipeline while achieving service levels, productivity metrics, and funding goals.

• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to maintain pipeline health and enhance customer engagement.

• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan transactions.

• Provide a consistent customer experience via phone, email, and text communications.

• Remain updated on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain active licenses, fulfill educational requirements, and engage in ongoing professional development.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage origination, with a strong focus on purchase transactions.

• Active NMLS Loan Originator status with state licenses or under a federal bank license.

• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education requirement.

• Successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.

• Must be physically located in and working remotely from New Hampshire.

• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or through an agent-centric referral model.

• Strong client service orientation and consultative sales abilities.

• In-depth understanding of the mortgage process.

• Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-driven environment with established KPIs.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management capabilities.

• Proficient in CRM, LOS, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
