Mortgage Closer – Loan Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare closing documents for mortgage transactions

• Verify the accuracy of all critical information

• Collaborate with internal team members and settlement agents to address closing issues promptly

• Comprehend and adhere to all closing protocols to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations

• Review the accuracy of vital information submitted for closing

• Maintain communication with loan officers, processing, and underwriting teams

• Generate precise figures for monthly payments, escrows, prepaid interest, and more

• Create and organize closing documents and disclosures for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in preparing US mortgage loan closing documents

• Familiarity with various investors' closing policies and procedures

• Preferred: Understanding of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood, and State laws and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Preferred: Experience with Encompass software

• Comfortable using office applications

• Strong communication skills
