Monday.com Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects.

• Lead discussions with clients and facilitate kickoff meetings.

• Assess the requirements for development within the Monday.com platform.

• Design and construct client-specific Monday.com environments and foundational integrations.

• Oversee project management and establish milestone dates in coordination with clients.

• Develop and implement systems effectively.

• Conduct training sessions for clients.

• Manage license expansions where necessary.

• Supervise implementations and collaborate with junior support team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a solutions architect for Monday.com, focusing on architecture development.

• Expertise in Monday.com, including automations, integrations, and CRM functionalities.

• Experience in managing Monday.com projects and providing end-user training.

• Background in serving as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects.

• Demonstrated experience in leading client meetings and kickoff sessions.

• Ability to determine necessary developments within the Monday.com platform.

• Experience in designing and building Monday.com environments and basic integrations.

• Proven track record in project management, including the setting of milestone dates with clients and system development.

• Experience in conducting client training sessions.

• Ability to expand licenses when applicable.

• Familiarity with managing implementations and collaborating with junior support personnel.

• Monday.com certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in video and audio setup for client video calls is beneficial.

• Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, and N8N.

• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

• An English resume is required, along with proof of CEFR English proficiency level.

• A 1-minute introductory video, preferably created with Loom, is required.

• Must be available to work in the CST time zone.
