Młodszy Specjalista do spraw Operacji – Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Preparation of VAT and/or CIT tax declarations as well as Intrastat reports

• Support for clients during verification activities and tax audits

• Participation in tax reviews

• Actively seeking and proposing improvements in the processes being handled

• Assistance in setting up new tax and accounting processes, including data sources and the client's or EY's ERP system

• Involvement in client projects

• Review of entered accounting data

• Analysis of the tax aspects of individual transactions

• Assistance with accounting and tax reporting, including financial statements and reporting to NBP and GUS

• Ongoing communication with clients to ensure effective delivery of accounting and tax services

• Continuous communication with tax authorities

• Analyzing regulations, interpretations, and data using EY.AI tools

• Automating processes and creating documents and recommendations for clients

• Attention to detail, precision, and focus

• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax

• Proficiency in English at a communicative level

• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel

• Ability to create calculations, tables, and use basic formulas

• Commitment and responsibility for one's work and assigned tasks

• Willingness to develop

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in tax reporting is a plus

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of tax issues is a plus

• Experience in maintaining accounting books in accordance with the Accounting Act standards is a plus

• Higher education, preferably in finance or economics, is a plus

• Completion of additional training and courses is a plus

• Experience in management accounting is a plus
