Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold compliance policies that reflect Bright Data's core values.

• Supervise ethical compliance in the utilization of services.

• Identify and mitigate fraudulent activities while developing preventive tools.

• Perform audits to ensure adherence to policies and suggest enhancements.

• Engage directly with customers and partners to assess policy alignment and offer guidance.

• Document findings and revise policies to mitigate emerging risks.

• Enforce business principles and ethics procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

• Oversee projects related to compliance matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in compliance and fraud prevention.

• Knowledge of fraud systems, compliance frameworks, and AI investigative technologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• A degree in law, business, or data science is preferred.

• CCEP or CFE certifications are advantageous.
