Product Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement long-term strategies for compliance and cloud assurance

• Guarantee efficient access to regional markets and regulatory preparedness

• Promote standardization, automation, and governance of portfolios across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid settings

• Lead initiatives involving AI and intelligent workflows to enhance compliance operations, minimize manual tasks, and improve audit readiness

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to enhance execution and eliminate obstacles

• Create dashboards and metrics suitable for executives to facilitate data-driven decision-making and program advancement

• Develop scalable compliance frameworks and influence executives across various functions

• Propel operational transformation and maintain rigor in a dynamic, matrixed setting

• Engage in communication with technical engineering teams and executive leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience

• Over 7 years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management

• More than 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects within cloud or enterprise technology environments

• Extensive knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate enterprise transformation and enhance operational maturity

• Strong executive presence coupled with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

• Preferred professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer

• Preferred experience in designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments

• Preferred expertise in applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics
