Modeling and Product Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Modeling and Product Development team

• Support technical advancement, operational performance, and day-to-day activities

• Supervise the development and optimization of power electronics and control models

• Collaborate with product owners and business development to enhance market presence for solar, storage, and STATCOM

• Provide technical analysis, design studies, and commissioning assistance for both domestic and international projects

• Engage in industry working groups to influence transmission and distribution standards

• Spearhead the creation of simulation models and control solutions for wind, solar, BESS, and power equipment

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 10 years of professional experience in power system modeling, or 8 years with a Ph.D.

• At least 8 years of experience in developing simulation models

• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, PSS/E, PSLF, PowerFactory, Python, C, or C#

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related scientific discipline is preferred

• Publications in IEEE or CIGRE are preferred

• Involvement in industry working groups is preferred

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable
