This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Develop, coordinate, and document 2D, 3D, and 5D digital models of construction projects using BIM methodology

• Ensure technical accuracy, interdisciplinary consistency, and compliance with internal standards and client requirements

• Confirm that the models are suitable for technical documentation, construction planning, and project quantification

• Verify measurements and construction details on-site

• Participate in project follow-up meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic background: Architect, with completion of coursework or recent graduate

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM modeling

• Proven experience with Revit for Architecture, Structure, and MEP

• Essential proficiency in Revit

• Strong coordination skills

• Knowledge of civil engineering and construction design

• Professional experience valued: 2 years
