Mobility Solutions Consultant – Lump Sum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively sell Sirva’s range of services and products to clients receiving Lump Sums or Limited Benefit packages.

• Oversee end-to-end relocation cases for employees utilizing Lump Sum and Limited Benefit mobility support.

• Offer consultative guidance on mobility benefits, relocation strategies, and program usage.

• Assist customers in making informed relocation-related choices while ensuring adherence to policy.

• Coordinate mobility services and resources with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Track case progress, identify potential challenges, and implement timely solutions.

• Manage communications with customers and suppliers via phone, email, and other communication methods.

• Keep comprehensive records, reporting metrics, and case notes within company systems.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of operational objectives.

• Contribute to team projects, training sessions, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and customer cases in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in directly engaging with customers to assess their needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems.

• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail and precision.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with various teams.

• High School Diploma or higher.
