Mobile Tech Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Direct frontend and backend engineering teams.

• Offer technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural insights.

• Balance practical engineering tasks with leading an established team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9–12 years of overall experience in software development.

• A minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in developing iOS and/or Android applications.

• Strong proficiency in cross-platform mobile application development utilizing Flutter and Dart.

• Proven expertise in solutioning, designing, and delivering large-scale, business-critical mobile applications.

• Practical experience in designing, developing, and using RESTful APIs with JSON-based integrations.

• Experience in developing or maintaining Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services or mobile backend APIs using Java or Scala.

• Capability to lead frontend and backend engineering teams with technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.

• Proficiency across Flutter and backend technologies suitable for a Full Stack Engineering Lead position.

• Ability to divide time between hands-on tasks and leading an existing team.

• Experience managing the packaging, release, deployment, and approval processes for the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

• Comprehensive understanding of Flutter, Native Mobile Development, Mobile Web, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and related frameworks.

• Knowledge of emerging mobility technologies, devices, carrier services, application development methodologies, and related vendor solutions.
