This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Expand TD Canada Trust’s clientele through lending products secured by real estate.

• Focus on engaging brokers, builders, financial planners, and other influential networks to generate referrals.

• Collaborate with the Mortgage Specialist team to foster business development.

• Engage in joint sales meetings alongside the Sales Manager.

• Participate in monthly coaching sessions for professional growth.

• Utilize a sales management system designed to enhance the effectiveness of the sales channel.

• Organize your schedule to sustain a healthy work-life balance.

• A highly driven individual with initiative and outstanding sales capabilities.

• An autonomous, self-motivated professional who thrives on cultivating new business relationships in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management abilities.

• Previous experience in retail banking or familiarity with the credit approval process is preferred.

• Language requirement: Proficiency in a language other than French to assist clients who need services and support in a language other than French.
