Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Expand TD Canada Trust’s clientele by utilizing real estate-secured lending options.

• Cultivate business opportunities by engaging mortgage brokers, builders, financial planners, and other referral sources.

• Organize your schedule to ensure a favorable work-life balance.

• Enhance your sales abilities and credit knowledge through targeted sales training.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, including participating in joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize a sales management system aimed at facilitating success within the sales channel.

• A highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and exceptional sales abilities.

• An independent and self-driven professional who enjoys forging new business relationships in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management skills.

• Prior experience with retail banking or familiarity with the credit approval process is preferred.

• Postsecondary education is considered an asset.

• Proficiency in a language other than French is not necessary for this role in Quebec.
