Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand TD Canada Trust’s clientele through mortgage lending secured by real estate.

• Target mortgage brokers, builders, financial planners, and other influential networks to generate referrals.

• Collaborate with the Mortgage Specialist team to develop business opportunities.

• Organize your work schedule to maintain an optimal work-life balance.

• Utilize a sales management system that is tailored to promote success in the sales channel.

• Work in close partnership with the Sales Manager.

• Engage in joint sales calls.

• Attend monthly coaching sessions.

• Demonstrated track record of sales achievement.

• Capability to establish and nurture client relationships.

• Proactive initiative and a strategic mindset for building a customer base.

• Strong initiative coupled with outstanding sales abilities.

• Independent and self-driven professional.

• Proficient in developing new business relationships in a dynamic and competitive market.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management skills.

• Knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process is preferred.

• Postsecondary education is advantageous.

• Fluency in a language other than French to assist clients requiring services in a different language.

• Subject to applicable provincial employment regulations in Canada.
