Mobile Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.

• Identify mechanical problems and either repair or replace faulty components.

• Address emergency requests as necessary.

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and record the work completed.

• Uphold a professional, safe, and tidy work environment.

• Adhere to all safety policies and regulations set forth by C&W Services and OSHA.

• Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and support other tradesmen as needed.

• Monitor and reconcile all work orders and parts utilized promptly using a PDA system.

• Maintain the company van, along with parts and tool inventory.

• Travel between various locations and client sites to provide maintenance services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or completion of a technical school certification.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or retail facility maintenance.

• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean record.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in diverse environments, including both indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as at heights, in confined spaces, and on rooftops.

• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.

• Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights and rooftops.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended durations.

• Requires travel between locations using a company vehicle.

• Availability for full-time work, typically Monday through Friday.

• On-call availability for emergency repairs may be necessary.
