Mobile LVN/LPN – Per Diem In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Provide in-home clinical services to patients starting therapy with complex medications.

• Travel to patient homes within the assigned geographic region.

• Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transportation in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to laboratory safety and specimen-handling protocols, delivering specimens to designated laboratories.

• Carry out trained screenings, such as EKGs and macular edema screening exams.

• Keep a tidy and organized work environment, including transportation and storage of supplies.

• Monitor and manage the inventory of clinical supplies.

• Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team and ensure timely and accurate submission of visit-related paperwork.

• Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries.

• Maintain precise mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is required.

• Current CPR certification is required.

• At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of EKG experience is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds for transporting medical or diagnostic equipment.

• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.

• Proficient in using medical equipment and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• A valid driver’s license is required; driving record will be reviewed prior to hiring.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check after accepting an offer.
