Mobile LVN/LPN, Per Diem, In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Travel to patients' homes to provide in-home clinical services for those starting therapy with complex medications.

• Collect, label, and transport blood specimens in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and specimen-handling procedures while delivering specimens to assigned laboratories.

• Perform trained screenings, including electrocardiograms (EKGs) and macular edema screening exams.

• Ensure a tidy and organized work environment, as well as proper storage of transportation and supplies.

• Oversee and manage the inventory of clinical supplies.

• Work in collaboration with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team to accurately and promptly complete and submit visit-related documentation.

• Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and any patient inquiries.

• Keep precise mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is mandatory.

• Current CPR certification is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field environments is essential.

• At least 1 year of experience with EKGs is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.

• Capability to lift up to 70 pounds for the transportation of medical or diagnostic equipment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.

• Proficient in the use of medical equipment and in maintaining accurate documentation.

• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

• A valid driver's license is required, subject to a driving record review prior to hiring.

• Completion of a drug screening and background check is required after accepting an offer.
