Mobile Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly enter and process necessary data.

• Complete tasks efficiently while adhering to required deadlines.

• Comply with the safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures set by the company and clients.

• Provide exceptional service to customers and strive to exceed their expectations.

• Conduct work in various environments including residential, rural, commercial, and/or industrial settings.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Travel between assignments while delivering public safety services to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.

• Proficiency in technology use is essential.

• Previous experience as an RV Workcamper is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Willingness to deploy nationwide is required.

• Must have ownership of a fifth-wheel, travel trailer, or motorhome; camper vans are acceptable if accompanied by a separate vehicle for workday use.

• A personal vehicle for daily work activities is necessary.

• Availability to participate in a training program for 4–5 weeks at a yet-to-be-determined location.

• Access to a laptop, computer, and internet connection for virtual training is required.

• Compliance with safety regulations is mandatory.

• Experience in customer service is essential.

• Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• Ability to walk over 3 miles per day is required.

• Candidates must provide valid vehicle insurance coverage prior to the start of employment.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. of equipment is necessary.
